Your Mission
•Advise clients regarding Mergers & Acquisitions
•Contribute to the business development of the corporate department by taking part in events and contribute to the growth of the firm
•Work on diversified mandates and help very big international clients in their files

•Review legal documents and draft legal opinions
Key Competencies
•Min 2 years’ experience within the corporate department of a Law Firm
•Admittance to the European Bar.

Your Mission
